DELIVERY PRICE:

Delivery for orders over BGN 299 is free.

The delivery price for orders below this amount is calculated automatically upon order completion, depending on the specified delivery address.

DELIVERY TIME:

Product delivery is carried out within two business days.

Orders accepted by 2:00 PM on a business day are processed on the same business day.

Orders accepted after 2:00 PM on a business day are processed on the next business day.

Orders accepted on a non-working day are processed on the first business day.

SATURDAY DELIVERY:

Upon explicit request from the client, Saturday delivery is possible to a courier company office or to an address specified by you, between 9 AM and 1 PM.

WHERE WE CAN DELIVER:

Deliveries are carried out by courier company EKONT or Speedy to an address specified by you or to a chosen office of one of the companies.

On business days, usual delivery times are between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM.

If the user does not provide access and conditions for handing over the goods at the specified address within the specified period or does not go to the specified office of courier company EKONT or Speedy, according to the courier choice, in order to receive the goods on time, LUD/A is released from the obligation to fulfill the requested delivery.
