The parties agree that messages sent via email constitute electronic statements and that the accompanying information constitutes identification of the author as the holder of these electronic statements, and is an electronic signature to which the parties acknowledge the value of a handwritten signature in their relations.

To use our services, you can also purchase products by registering on the site. Registration is free. The User can unsubscribe at any time. The User agrees to provide complete, true, and accurate information, both during registration and when placing an order without an account registration. If the products displayed on www.ludaconcept.bg are no longer available at the time of your last visit to the site or after LUD/A has received your order form (request), LUD/A will inform you of the absence of the ordered products within ten (10) days from the day LUD/A received your order.

If the order form (request) has been submitted and payment has been made for products that are no longer available, LUD/A will refund the amount paid for these products without undue delay, and the agreement between the parties will be considered terminated.

2.7 By submitting an order form (request) to LUD/A, you unconditionally accept and undertake to comply with the provisions of these General Terms of Sale with LUD/A. In case you do not agree with any of the provisions of these General Terms of Sale, please do not submit your order form (request) for the purchase of products on www.ludaconcept.bg.

2.8 Once the agreement has entered into force, LUD/A will send you an email confirmation of receipt of the purchase request. By submitting an order form, you agree to and accept the General Terms of Sale, as well as additional terms contained on www.ludaconcept.bg, including the Privacy Policy and Return Policy.

2.9 We would like to remind you that all purchased products are intended for use in the country from which they were ordered. If, however, you decide to export the products to another country, you will be responsible for complying with the export law of the country from which they were purchased and the import law of the country into which you are importing them. LUD/A is not responsible for this.

3.5 In accordance with consumer protection legislation, you will be responsible for any decrease in the value of products purchased on www.ludaconcept.bg, which results from any use of the same products other than their intended purpose. Therefore, in case you decide to exercise your right to return purchased products, LUD/A has the right not to accept the returned products or not to fully refund the amounts paid for purchased products that have been altered from their original appearance or are damaged.

4.1 Payment of the value of the products and the corresponding shipping and delivery costs must be made using one of the methods specified in the order form. Under no circumstances will you be charged more than the value specified by LUD/A in connection with your pre-selected payment method.

4.2 In the case of payment by credit or debit card, all details (e.g., card number or validity date) will be sent via an encrypted protocol to the relevant bank providing remote electronic payment services, without third parties having any access to them. These details will not be used by LUD/A, except for performing the procedure related to your purchase or issuing a refund in case of product return, in accordance with your product return rights or reporting cases of fraud. The purchase price of the products and the corresponding delivery costs, as indicated in the order form, will be charged to your account when the purchased products are actually shipped.

5.1 Discount codes are personalized codes that allow you to benefit from discounts on purchases on www.ludaconcept.bg.

5.3 Discount codes can under no circumstances be exchanged for cash.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LUD/A shall not be liable for damages suffered by a User that are: 1. indirect; 2. consequential; 3. incidental; 4. punitive, including damages for lost profits, arising from the use or inability to use the Services.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, LUD/A's liability to the User for any act or omission related to and regarding the use of the Services shall always be limited to a penalty equal to the value of the purchase made. In the absence of a purchase, SCARAB bears no responsibility for any of its actions or inactions.

LUD/A may amend or update all or part of these "Terms of Use". In such case, the updated information will be published in this section. The new "General Terms of Use" shall be effective as of the date of their publication on www.ludaconcept.bg.

Inability to resolve disputes arising in connection with and regarding this contract, its performance, or non-performance, the parties agree to resolve them before the competent court, determined according to the rules of jurisdiction. In the case of a private law dispute with an international element, the court competent to hear the dispute shall be determined according to the rules of private international law.

The law applicable to this agreement is the law of the country in which the administrator is registered, in this case the Republic of Bulgaria.
